Word Automation using VC++

Hi,

I want to parse a word document in VC++. The place where i got stuck is
"Images". I do not know how to retrieve/get/process the images present in a
word document. Is there any Word Automation COM API to do it?

I need to get the image in form of ASCII values and store in a database.

Please help ASAP

what version of word? why are you using word for this task? Trying t
parse and reuse elsewhere or...more info needed. Ususally deal wit
images differently so more description needed - THNKS

And the short answer direct from MS engineering is NO but they ar
happy to look into it as billable time:clap:. If you hae an MSD
subscriptuon you can open a case but it takes longer to get down th
line (though likely to hit the same engineer)
