Word - Autotext

Having upgraded a user from Office 2000 to Office XP when
they use Word or Outlook and try to insert some autotext
entries they appear unformated.

i.e. a table that worked perfectly fine in Word 2000 now
appears only in blocks and no lines.

We have restored the orginal normal.dot and eventually
this does the same thing, we seem to be going around in
circles.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
