Hi Chicky,

There are at least two 'mouse' methods to do this.

1. If there isn't a red 'recording' icon on the status bar at the bottom of the Word screen right click on the status bar and turn
on the 'Macro Recording' choice. Once it's on, click the red ball to start recording a macro.

2. In Word's File[Office button]=>Word Options=>Personalize
turn on the [x] Show Developer tab in the Ribbon choice
and you'll find the macro tools in the Developer tab.

It seems that beta 07 took a step backword when it comes to macros. When I
installed the Beta version my existing macros. from word 2003. did not
reproduce. I tried serching for "Normal.dot and it could not be found. even
looking for hidden files didn't help. Some of them I have recreated only
after hours of serching for the macro [rpgramming files.
