Yes, but the result will depend on what you're trying to do. You'll need to
deselect the "Book fold" option. Then, if you want the pages to print the
same size but on larger paper, you'll need to adjust the margins (Top,
Bottom, Header, Footer) to confine the text to the same print area as in the
booklet. If you're wanting to scale the booklet up to Letter size, you'll
need to change all the font sizes proportionally. Alternatively, you could
set the document up as a custom (or built-in, if your printer offers it)
5.5" x 8.5" document and then use "Scale to paper size: Letter" in the Print
dialog.
