word bullet tabs

When i am making a list with bullets and I add a new bullet with the
intention of hitting tab to make it an indented sub-bullet, only the cursor
is indented, not the bullet. Im on Word 2008 for Mac. Please help!

Hop into Word Preferences and search for "Indent". It's the second option
you'll get.
