Howdy,
I run OL2002 SP3 with XP Pro.
I use Word as my default
Earlier, I received an email message, opened it, and tried
to reply to it.
I then saw an error telling me that the "form" needed Word
as my editor, but that "Word was either busy or cannot be
found."
I read up on this problem and saw that there were a rather
wide variety of solutions...
Rather than messing with it further, I simply restored a
week old image I had of this system.
After doing that, I opened a message, tried to reply to it,
and all was well.
Until, that is, I tried replying to the original message:
When I do that, the error appears as before.
Sooooooo, oddly, the error is message specific. Word works
just fine with any other message to which I try to respond.
With that one message, the problem persists.
With apologies for all the detail, what might cause a single
incoming message to produce this problem?
Many thanks,
