Word can not Save Global Template.......

I receive this error message every time I try to quit Word. Has anyone seen
this?

"Word cannot save your global template because you are running Word from a
read only folder. Would you like to create a folder on your hard drive to
save this? If you coose No, Word will be unable to save any default
settings."

This looks ike a Permissions issue. Hopefully, repairing permissions
through DiskUtility should correct that but if it doesn't, you might
have to correct them manually (on the Normal template as well as on the
parent fodlers) to make sure everybody on your Mac can read and write
the file (in MacOS X 10.3 you can easely do that through Get Info in the
Finder (command-i) ).
