Word Cannot Complete The Save Due To A File Permission Error

This is the error what we get. We tryed to reinstall the PC. And placed a
different PC. But the error stays. We are running Windows XP SP2 and SAV10.1
.. And we user Word 2002. The users are working with network drives running in
NTFS. If they save the files they get this error and the file they are
working on is gone. There is a temp file but it's empty.
We need to get a backup from the tapes to get the files back.

That's not possible. SAV is build in the Installation of Windows we cannot
deinstall SAV.
Before we didn't had this problem when we are on SP1 now we have SP2.

Sorry, but Microsoft NEVER built Semantec Anti-Virus into Windows. Fix,
or replace SAV10 and the problem will cease.
