Word cannot display requested fonts.

Hi,

I'm getting a weird error message from word 2002. Whenever
I open a document i get the following error messages:

"There is not enough disk space to complete operation."

and when I click OK, I get the following error,

"There is insufficient disk space. Word cannot display the
requested font."

I have more than 3 GB of hard disk space available and 256
MB RAM and no other processes running in the background
besides the regular services run by Windows, the machine
is a 600Mhz.

Any ideas on how to overcome this? Any info is appreciated.
