Word cannot find the German file msgr3GE.dll or msgrGE32.dll for German"

I have office xp running on WinME and everything seems to
be fine other than that every time i run a spell check on
a word document it brings up this error;

"Word cannot find the German file msgr3GE.dll or
msgrGE32.dll for German (Germany)"

i have altered and checked language settings in word via
the control panel and it still persists. any help
appreciated??
