Word cannot open the document: user does not have access privileg.

[Word cannot open the document: user does]

With word 2003 - all service packs installed. When I create a new Visio 2003
- all service packs install object and then select the object I get the above
error message. The "permission" menu items have veen installed on my menu but
are greyed out.

If you use Norton AV then go to Norton Options and in the
Miscellaneous section turn off "Enable Office Plug-in".

Norton was disabled. I did change options as directed and tried with Norton

with Norton on and off - no change
