This problem has just come up on Word 2003. I received via email a
Word *.doc file from a trusted source. The file opens fine. It has
several embedded pdf object files inside. The pdf files will not open
and result in the above message.
I can email the file to my home and open everything just fine. A co-
worker received the same email and has no problems. The files all seem
to be ok; the problem is just on this computer.
Similar emails used to work but no longer do. I don't know what
happened to make it change.
