Word cannot start the Grammar Checker

I'm using Windows2000 english and MS Office2000 premium eng. with MS
office2000 proofing tools installed for Dutch.
When i log in as administrator everything works fine. When i use a user
account (who is member of the administrators) word cannot start the grammar
checker when typing in a dutch document.
anyone any idea?

There are two dll files used to spell check. U can use repair install of
Office 200 to
under this user account to get it work again
