Word can't load the email envelope

I have uninstalled and reinstalled ms word several time and it keeps telling
me that it can't load the email envelope and that it could be caused by an
installation error or a network problem. However it connects to the internet
fine so I don't think its that. I am guessing that it is an installation
problem. It is office xp
