WORD - change a table's rows to columns

I have create a table with rows and columns. After I filled in the table
with data I changed my mind. I now want to have the columns to be the rows,
meaning instead of vertical, I want it to be horizontal. Vice versa with the
rows.

Is this possible? It would save me time from having to recreate a new table
and reenter everything all over again.

Hope there is an easy solution out there!!
