word changes my input language

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) Processor: Intel Whenever Word starts it changes my input language to German. I would like it to stop doing this. My standard keyboard layout is US English, but German, French and Greek layouts are also listed.

Every time it starts the keyboard layout gets changed to German.

Word picks up the initial keyboard layout from the Operating System when it
launches.

If your OS is set to German, Word will get the German keyboard at startup.

So... where does Word look for this info?

System Preferences>Personal>Language and Text. Make sure your Region is
correct also.

And in Word>Preferences>Edit, make sure you have disable "Match font with
keyboard".

Thank a lot!!! I've had the same problem of Word switching to default system language (english) from Russian. Now it's resolved.
