word check boxes & outlook

Added check boxes in word form. when form completed and
sent via email/outlook, the check box response(s) don't
show up. process: opened (locked) form> added data> file>
send to> mail receipient> add address> send copy to...
received form in email body, text boxes contained data by
check boxes didn't. :) any suggestions?
