Word Closes Suddenly

I have windows 2000 professional with the latest updates and when i open my
word (office 2000) it closes spontaneously without error messages or clues to
know what is happenning, i have also installed access 2003, there any issue
if i have office 2000 and individual products of office 2003?

I have dowload the latest updates from windows and office updates without
improves, the issue continue.

Somebody Knows what is happening?
