word closes Visual Basic editor opens

When Closing a word document that is a templete, for
example a memo the visual basic editor opens and starts
debbuging things. When word closes a normal text document
it is fine so it is just when an inbuilt template or
wizzard is used that the problem occurs.

Any Ideas ?

What do you mean by "starts debugging things"? Which version
of Word do you have?
