Word Consumes All Resources

Upon launching Microsoft Word in ME, an error message
appears saying, "Ninety percent or more of your system
resources are in use..." Prior to launching this app,
resources were fine (95% free). Is it running a macro or
something?

What version of Word are you using? What patches do you have
installed? You can find this information under Help/About Microsoft
Word.
