Word container bug effecting printing

After experimenting with this issue more, I've think the fundamental OneNote
issue is that the note containers do not adhere to the specified margins for
defined page size.

I've been using the "letter" page size with 1" left/right margins. If I
start a note container in the leftmost part of the page, the note container
looks to go to 1" from the right edge of the page (as expected). If you do a
print preview at this point and do NOT check the "scale context to paper
width", the page text and the date in the header will appear on this one page
(as it should).

BUG:
If I start a note container in the middle of the page, the note container
right margin will go beyond the right margin of the first note containter. If
you do a print preview at this point and do NOT check the "scale context to
paper width", the text from the 2nd container will wrap to a 2nd page (along
with the date in the header).

Checking the "scale context to paper width" will obviously get everything to
fix onto a single page again. The problem with this is that everything is
scaled down to accomplish this. So, font sizes and everything changes which
is not desired.
