word could not load the e-mail envelope

I have Office XP and I just installed Outlook 2003. When I
create a Word documents and select Send To:, I get the
following error "Word could not load the e-mail envelope".
Is there a way to fix this or do I have to buy the
complete Office 2003 suite?
