word count powertoy

I downloaded the powertoy for word count in OneNote - If I go to options I
see that it has been installed as an add-in. How do I access it? I can't
find anything in the menus or on the tool bar that indicates it is available.

There should be a toolbar button for this addin. There is an image of what
