word crash : msvcrt.dll

word keeps crashing....no perticular pattern.

Error signature
ModName: msvcrt.dll

looks sth wrong with msvcrt.dll. any suggestion?

If you got Word as part of Works Suite, then this problem could be
caused by the Works Suite Add-In for Word. The Works Suite Add-In
allows you to perform a mailmerge in Word using a Works data source. If
you don't need this functionality, try uninstalling the Works Suite
Add-In by clicking on Start | Control Panel | Add/Remove Programs.
Don't uninstall Works Suite! Only uninstall the Works Suite Add-In for
Word.

I think it's our Xerox network printer has conflict with the Word on
msvcrt.dll. Once i removed printer, Word has not crashed yet.
