word crash

Hi,

like many of you, word crashes without any reason. I am running OS
10.2.8. Are you aware of patches? solutions? tips?

Hi Marsatac,

What is your version of Office and is it fully updated?

If the crashes occur on launch, it's usually due to font conflicts. To
troubleshoot fonts, see here: <http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=313535>

If the crashes are random, it could be several things. See here for general
troubleshooting (the version numbers are outdated but the info is correct):

If you're using Safari, you may have to switch to Internet Explorer to
access this site.
