Word Crash

I have this information :
an error signature
Exeption : EXC_BAD_ACCESS
Microsoft Word version 11.5.3
Module Name : French grammar

Word crash after 2 ou 3 mn after creating a new or an existing documents
Any idea ?

I stop the crash when I disable the French Corrector and Grammar corrector.
How can I reset this option ?

The first thing to try is to remove your Custom Dictionary to the desktop.

Sadly, we have had constant problems with corrupting the Custom Dictionary
in the French version.

Corentin will be along in a moment: he runs French and may have further
insight.
