Word Crashed

While I was trying to save a document Word crashed and now I get the
following error:

WINWORD.EXE
The instruction at "0x77fcc912" referenced memory at "0x00198b0a". The
memory could not be "written".

Any ideas?

Rename the Normal.Dot template to Normal.Old and then re-start Word
