Word Crashes daily (and then some)

For years, I have had to deal with MS word crashing on me daily. I have spent
hundreds of dollars on upgrades to no avail, and technical support people
have never been able to help, even when I can understand their English. Now,
the upgrade to Office 2007 trial version does not even offer support! What
kind of company is this that will gladly take my money for a product that
does not work and then not give me decent technical support? I thought to try
the trial in hopes that it would correct the crashing problem, but it is as
bad or worse than before. ANY ONE OUT THERE HAVE a CLUE ABOUT SOLVING THIS
PROBLEM
