intermittently.

I have looked on the machine for the .dll in questiojn but cannot find it, I
have run Office Detect & Repair (re-setting HKCU keys for Office) and this
doesn't work.

Has anyone got any ideas?

Could be a damaged printer driver for a Ricoh printer (do you
have one?). Try deleting and reinstalling the printer driver.
By the way, even if this is a network printer, Word works better
when the printer driver is installed locally on each machine.

I have a few MP2550 and MP3550 PCL6 Drivers that have been added to a few
of my print servers.

Thanks for the input.
