Word crashes on "Dear Sir"

Dear all,

When I type "Dear sir," in Word and press Enter, Word will
crashes. I believe that Word is trying to open Office Assistant to help
me to write the letter, and the Office Assistant Crashes. I try to open
Help-> Office Assistant, Office Assistant crashes too. I try
remove Office and reinstall Office, but It doesn't help. Will it be
the problem of virus or Spyware?

You might try uninstalling office, reboot and then try re-installing office.
