Hi
I have word97 running on windows 2000 updated to service pack 4
I created a template that has a couple of macros. They insert stuff in
the header and the footer, Also there is a macro that inserts autotext
which in turn is comprised of a database query to a mysql database.
The query works fine. In fact the whole template is excellent.
However when one uses the template word crashes. I get an application
error and word "is no more", "pushing up daisies" to quote a famous
Monty Python scene.
I have no clue as to how I should find where my error is. The template
was created using word97which is why I find it strange that it crashes.
Word does not crash when using other templates so it seems to be
related to the template.
Thankful for any and all help here! I can send furhter info upon
request.
