Word crashes upon opening

Can anyone help me? I have a paper due tomorrow and I
can't open Word. It begins to open, then an error report
comes up and then it crashes. I have sent the error
report so many times, but it does not help. Also, I can't
get Microsoft help because I can't get the product ID
because it crashes before it opens.
Help!

What error displays? TO make the error easier to copy,
press the Print Scrn key; open the program 'Paint' [under
accessories]; Crtl+V; [to paste]; then save and/ or print
the screen image. The print will fit best if printed
in 'Landscape'.

most error dialogs by selecting the text and pressing Ctrl+C. Press Ctrl+V
to paste into a message.
