Word crashes when doing "spelling and grammar"

Software:
XP home + SP2
Office 2000 professional sp1+sp2+sp3 (Dutch version)
Frontpage 2003

Symptom:
Start Word with new document
enter one word which is regognized as language "Nederlands"
press F7 or "ABC" or click on tab "spelling and grammar" in "options" menu
results always in the window "sending report yes/no" stuff and termination
of Word.

When entering english words, there's no problem when pressing F7.

I have installed Office completly again, no results however.
I'm not sure, but this problem arised after the installation of SP2 for XP.

Any suggestions?
