Hello,
We have a weird problem with one of our clients. The setup is as
following:
Exchange 2003 server, using Office 2003 professional.
When the user has Outlook open, Word crashes after the first time he's
finished word. Now we tried several things, as we thought it to be a
Word problem. We've tried normal.dot's, disabling the spell checker,
deleting custom dictionaries etc etc. but with no succes. The only way
it works is if we start Word in safe mode.
So we tried loging on a different user on the PC, and voila, it works.
Now, if we make the first users mailbox the primary mailbox on the
other account, Word crashes again.
It seems to be linked to his mailbox, but I don't want to delete it and
recreate it (the user has quite a bit of data in it).
Can someone please help us? Microsoft says its an application error and
they can't help us.
regrards in advance,
