Word crashes when trying to use envelopes and labels

Hiya,
running word 2003, when i open word then click on tools/letters and
mailings/envelopes and Labels, word comes up with an error report which is
sends to m/soft and then either reloads or if i untick the box it partially
freezes, tho i can close word by clicking on the X..

i have done a comple re-install choosing the option to completely remove
this and all prev versions of office.. and it still happens. it only happens
on this machine.. yet all were loaded at the same time..

error signature is as follows:

AppName: winword.exe AppVer: 11.0.5604.0 appStamp: 3f314a2f
Mod Name: brohIo1a.dll ModVer 0.3.00 Mod Stamp: 3ae3e5ca

any idea's ?

Reinstalling Word (or Office) rarely fixes anything. The error looks like it
is with the printer driver. Make sure that you have the latest driver
available for your printer, then delete the printer and reinstall it.
