Word Crashes

Word XP crashes when I open up Outlook and go to write an
email as Word is my email editor. This also occurs when I
load up a file which has a table in it. I can only open
the file when I start windows xp in safe mode. I get an
error message "Microsoft Word has encountered a problem
and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."
I get this Error Signature of AppName: winword.exe
AppVer:10.0.4524.0 ModName: hpzntp06.dll and Offset:
00026233

I have uninstalled Office XP and then reinstalled XP along
with SP1 SP2 and all of the other updates. I also did a
Windows XP repair install just in case one of the files
got corrupted. If anyone can provide help it would be
greatly appreciated.

I have the exact same problem. I turned off Track Changes
and that seemed to reduce the frequency but not solve it.
If you find a full solution let me know
