Word Crashing at Save As dialog box

I cannot Save As in Word 2007 (32-bit/Vista Home Prem/3gb ram/320gb hard
drive) as of yesterday. Crashes when I try to select a location to save the
file. This problem coincides with recent updates including Windows Office
2007 SP2. I've tried a lot of the basic troubleshooting, but nothing is
working....I'm in law school and have some serious writing I need to be doing
ASAP...
I did get one Application Error message that read: The instruction at
0x74226b3f referenced memory at 0x00fcfcfc. The memory could not be read.

Any help is appreciated...
