Word crashing!

My copy of Word 2000 from Office 2000 Premium crashes
everytime I open it. Within a few seconds, I get a crash
alert, and It shuts down.

This is the message I get:
AppName: winword.exe AppVer: 9.0.0.8216 ModName:
hpzpm309.dll
ModVer: 2.236.2.0 Offset: 000354b3


I can't cut and paste anymore of it than that. I have
installed all the lastest updates, but it has not helped.
I will probably re-install it, but I wanted to know if
anyone can help if it keeps happening.

The error message is pointing to your printer driver. Delete and reinstall
your printer, preferably with an updated driver from the HP Web site.
