I think this is a bug in WORD, but I might be using it wrongly.
After setting up a data merge document, I want to use Query Options to
exclude all records for which a certain field is blank. This is a
column in each row of an Excel spreadsheet in which an email address
is stored. Some records have no email address, and since I am
nmerging to email, I want to exclude them. I choose the field, and
choose the comparison that says 'is not blank' and put nothing in the
value field. The result is that I get all rows including the ones
with blank emails.
If I try to get just the rows with blank emails, this works.
