HI, I have Windows Vista and Office 2007 (not home/student). When I have
Word open, and I switch into it from another window, there is a delay of many
seconds (10 or 20) before the Word window becomes active and I can use it.
This is driving me mad, especially if I am switching between windows to refer
to another window for information I need to include in my Word document.
At first I thought it might be because I was saving my documents in
compatability mode, but this happens even if I have a .docx file loaded.
Excel, Powerpoint, Access are all fine, it's just Word.
Any suggestions gratefully received, thank you!
