Word Doc created from downloaded template

Downloaded letter template Letter (urban theme) saved the template and then
created a document using the template. When I save the document the sender
name and address fields are defaulting back to the [type sender name] and
[type sender company name] prompts. Are other sections of the document are
retaining the info entered?
