Hi - I am running xp and outlook 2002. I receive an email that says that a doc is attached but there is no attachment. The details of the doc appear in the body of the email as symbols and letters. I do get the first part of the email message and then i get:

------ =_NextPart_000_01C3EA47.6B7AE6A0
Content-Type: application/msword; name="Telelcoaching 1-4 Group 32 Brampton.doc"
Content-Transfer-Encoding: base64

0M8R4KGxGuEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAPgADAP7/CQAGAAAAAAAAAAAAAAABAAAALwAAAAAAAAAA
EAAAMQAAAAEAAAD+////AAAAAC4AAAD/////////////////////////////////////////
EAAAMQAAAAEAAAD+////

This doc was sent to several users and I am the only one that can't receive it.. As I can't keep asking somebody else in the group to forward me details any suggestions as to how I can fix this problem?

Have you check the sensitivity setting or security level
on your Tools-Options menu? I know I couldn't view some
of my attachments before I adjusted that setting, I never
got that error message though. Is this the only e-
mail/attachment that is giving you trouble?

Yes this is the only one. I don't understand how/why xp or outlook doesnt' block access to the doc if it were a security issue which does happen sometimes. In this case the attachment ends up the body of the of the email message with some sort of coding..
