Word Doc Wont Open

When I try to open a word doc it gives me a error
message "The file ____ is not available." Then when I
close Word is says it will affect my global template.
Please Help!

It is definitely a NAV bug. Are you sure you didn't get your PC with a trial
version that is still installed or registered in Windows?

I feel your normal dot.file for template is corrupted and
I feel u should try to rename normal dot template and
then try to open word again

please do this much and update me same
