Word docs keep getting false locked on our fileserver

Hi All,

We got this problem that, sometime our users cant get in to a word doc
because is locked by another user. But that user is not in the doc. I can
offcurse release the doc from the server.. But it keep happening. Have
everyone seen this problem before??

We are running windows 2003 server. And all users use Office 2003 Pro.

My _guess_ is that the problem is with the way one or two users are
terminating their Word sessions or their file permissions. Perhaps they have
write or create but not delete permissions.
