Word docudesk add-in problem!!

Hi i just downloaded an add-in called docudesk at www.docudesk.com and when i
installed this add-in i wen to the add-in tab it says deskPDF and i click on
that and it says converting and after it is done then my whole word .doc is
messed up, i cant add pictures, word art, and it frusterates me, i want to
get my work done.

I would like a tester to go to docudesk.com and download that program and
install it and after is done open microsoft word and go to add-ins tab and
then open deskPDF and it will say converting and then you cant add pictures
or anything like that. Please try, i need help

Uninstall this dubious application and take up the problem with its
suppliers. This is not a Word issue.

uninstalling it isnt the problem if it was id have it fixed by now! It is a
word issue caused by an addin, disabling it wont work....
