How do I (FIT TO PAGE) width. Landscape already selected. Shrink to fit is not applicable. Just require all fields to be shown on one page for printing.
Also can not find HIDE for columns

You'll need to give a better sense of what your document is like to get
help, as at present it's not making a whole lot of sense--for instance,
hiding a column is an Excel feature, and Word is not a database app. No
one can see your screen from here.

You've posted to the Mac Word newsgroup - are you sure these aren't *Excel*
questions? There are no such commands in Word as "Fit to Page" or "Hide
Columns"... those are Excel features. And where do 'fields' figure into the
picture if it's a Word document? If you take a moment to provide a more
detailed explanaton of what you're working with & what you're attempting to
do perhaps someone could offer meaningful suggestions.

There is an extraordinarily destructive "Fit to page" command on the File
menu.

File>Print Preview> ... And click the "Shrink to Fit" button.

If you do it in my company, you're sacked!! :) It scales all the fonts to
squish the page... Completely wrecks the styles, applies an override by
direct formatting. The only way to recover a document it has been done to
is to strip the formatting and re-format.

Cheers
