Word document from Office 97 to XP

I have recently purchased a new PC with Office XP
installed. My old PC had Office 97. When I transfer a
word document containing a JPEG image, the image appears
in reversed when I open it in XP. All the text is
correct. Any ideas how to correct this?

Click on the image, the "Picture" toolbar should appear, press the "reset
picture" button. Its the last one on the Picture toolbar.
