I have several users that are having this problem...
They open up a Word 2003 document and it is all highlighted (not the yellow
highlighter but as if you have selected all the text in the document). When
they click somewhere in the document to remove it, it just highlights it from
that point on. They call our HELPDESK and someone there does the Remote
Assistance. When the HELPDESK person clicks in the document, the
highlighting disappears and they can now work in the document fine. BUT,
unfortunately, this will happen again and again and each time they have to
call HELPDESK to do the Remote Assistance thing. We need a more permanent
solution. I myself, can't duplicate this error. Has anyone ever seen this?
