Word - document keeps spooling

I have created a document in Word 2000. When openeing it at work with
Word2002/XP I can't print it. It just keeps spooling.

The document is only 33 pages including som graphics - but nothing huge. I
can print anything else in here.

Any suggestions?

I do use watermarks, footnotes, footer etc but these are hopefully
compatible from one version to another...
