Word document (Not Responding)

I am working in my document and it all of a sudden
stopped and gave me the message that Microsoft word is
not responding). It will not let me save the document,
it will only let me x out of it.
Is there anything I can do to save this?

Kill the process. When you restart Word you should (inshallah!) see your
document recovered.
